1. Introduction

Your privacy is important to me.

This Privacy Policy explains what personal information I collect, how I use it, how I protect it, and your rights in relation to it.

This policy applies to visitors to liliaerina.com, people who contact me about coaching, and clients who receive coaching.

2. Who I Am

I am Lilia Erina.

If you have any questions about this Privacy Policy or how I handle your personal information, you can contact me at:

3. Information I Collect

Depending on how we interact, I may collect:

  • your name;
  • your email address;
  • information you choose to share when contacting me;
  • information shared during coaching sessions;
  • coaching session notes;
  • payment and transaction information relating to payments for coaching services; and
  • correspondence relating to scheduling or administration.

I only collect the information I genuinely need to provide my coaching services and operate my website responsibly.

4. How I Use Your Information

I use your personal information to:

  • respond to enquiries;
  • arrange conversations;
  • provide coaching services;
  • maintain coaching records;
  • process payments;
  • communicate with you about our coaching relationship; and
  • meet legal, regulatory or insurance requirements where necessary.

I do not sell your personal information.

5. Legal Basis for Processing

Where UK data protection law applies, I process personal information because:

  • you have requested information or coaching services;
  • it is necessary to enter into or perform our coaching agreement;
  • I have a legal obligation to do so; or
  • I have a legitimate interest in operating my coaching practice responsibly.

Where I rely on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time.

6. How I Protect Your Information

I take appropriate technical and organisational measures to help protect your personal information from unauthorised access, loss, misuse or disclosure.

Information is stored using secure digital systems and password-protected devices. While no online system can guarantee complete security, I use trusted service providers that maintain appropriate security standards.

7. How Long I Keep Your Information

If an enquiry does not involve a coaching or consultation conversation, I aim to delete the personal information associated with that enquiry within 12 months, unless I am required to keep it for legal or insurance purposes.

Records relating to coaching conversations are retained for seven years after the final conversation, unless a longer retention period is required by law or for insurance purposes.

After the relevant retention period has ended, personal information will be securely deleted where reasonably practicable.

8. Who I Share Information With

Your personal information is treated confidentially.

I will only share information where necessary, including with:

  • trusted service providers that help me communicate with clients, deliver coaching services or process payments;
  • professional advisers or insurers where reasonably necessary;
  • legal or regulatory authorities where required by law; or
  • another person or organisation where you have given your permission.

I only share the minimum information reasonably necessary for these purposes.

9. International Transfers

Some service providers I use may process or store personal information outside the United Kingdom.

Where this happens, I take reasonable steps to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place in accordance with applicable data protection law.

10. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • request access to your personal information;
  • request correction of inaccurate personal information;
  • request deletion of your personal information in certain circumstances;
  • object to or restrict certain processing;
  • withdraw consent where processing is based on consent; and
  • make a complaint to the relevant data protection authority.

If you are in the United Kingdom, you may also make a complaint to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).

I would always appreciate the opportunity to resolve any concerns directly before you make a formal complaint.

11. Website and Cookies

My website uses cookies that are necessary for it to function.

If I introduce additional services in the future, such as analytics, newsletters, booking systems or similar features, this Privacy Policy will be updated to reflect those changes.

12. Changes to This Policy

I may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.

The latest version will always be available on my website and will show the date it became effective.
