This page clarifies what we are agreeing to when you choose to work with me.

Details:
- An online meeting lasting up to one hour (held via Google Meet).
- Arranged for a date and time we are next available.
- £450 is due in full via a Stripe link prior to the 1:1. Non-refundable after the payment is received and the 1:1 is completed.
- Communication for the 1:1 is done through email.
- Confidential. Anything shared about our work will be done so without any identifying details, or with your permission.
- Your personal information will be handled in line with my Privacy Policy.
Working together reflects a commitment to:
- Be honest.
- Be open to possibility and to challenge our current ways of seeing and being.
- Be responsible and accountable for creating our reality – for ourselves and our lives – before, during and after our meeting.
- Arrive as we are, and at the agreed date and time, within these created conditions:
- Quiet and private space.
- The camera is positioned at a comfortable seated height, roughly in line with each other, remains still, and shows approximately chest upwards, with our faces clearly visible (recommendation to use a laptop/computer).
- Use a natural background (not blurred or virtual).
- Have reliable use of internet/data connection, camera, microphone and device.
- Limit (potential) distractions.
- Recommendation: download a chrome extension to hide self view.
We recognise:
- We create a space to “be with” you and your life, to help you see and be clear, offering my full attention and presence, alongside any perspectives as appropriate.
- This is held in the context of coaching for professional purposes.
- This is not mentoring, therapy, counselling or healthcare, and is not intended to provide a predetermined outcome, plan, solution or answer.
