“A gentle breeze of love beckons me to write”
These are the pieces I currently feel drawn to share with you:
24.10.26 / inspired on a windy and rainy afternoon in october

my hands are warm, holding something in each. one is lime coloured with a sheep in the middle, the other is white with ridges. i pass one over to you, gentle puffs appearing from it. your hands now warm too and you look up. our eyes meet. our faces mirror. smiles become one. and a feeling of home follows me wherever i am. i love you. thank you for loving me.
i don’t need to step foot anywhere else with you. everything i could ever want is right here.
17.10.26 / inspired during the depths of the night
A guide to being aligned with who you are
“Alignment” meaning: what you know, what you believe, what you say, what you do, and what you feel is one.
Alternatively: harmony with oneself, integrity, wholeness, connected to one’s truth, creating from centre, feeling at home.
Why is alignment the intention / goal and not something else?
Because language like the dream life makes it seem like something outside of you or it is an idea you have of what you think you want. Instead a life that is aligned to who you are is created from the inside. One true action at a time. Through practice, making the aligned choice, recognising when you are not in alignment, what you need to give yourself, the conditions you need to allow clarity to emerge etc. will feel like second nature. You will let go of the tools you’ve used and it’ll kind of be like you didn’t really do this work, only because it’s now embodied and your default way of being. There is no end point (not really until you die), only you keep being human and adjusting to your own truth (alignment) as you get another moment to taste it.
If I could only tell you one thing what would it be?
Be present. When you are, you are fully alive to life and no matter what you are experiencing you’ll feel aligned. Since being in alignment to yourself is really where you create a life here you are most present, and allow the energy of presence, total acceptance of what is, to fuel your life. Presence is the primary purpose of your life, the what is secondary.
Don’t let your life pass you by wishing things were different. Either make the efforts to change it or accept what it is. Although in order to change it from the heart, total acceptance of how life is now is needed. This allows us to create from a place of love and recognising the abundance already here rather than wanting something because we feel we lack it.
We experience life through a unified sense of self. There is no stable or fixed self because we are not thoughts, feelings, sensations or behaviours – we are the awareness that is aware of these. There is nothing we can point to as “this is me” as everything is simply in relation to our experience, not the thing itself. Since everything is always changing other than this awareness that is aware, perhaps this is who we really are.
We recognise that the body is at the centre of our experience. Awareness seems only to be located through the one body we are gifted with taking care of. There is also acknowledgement that this human being we seem to be has certain preferences. For example, preferences in where to be, who to be with, what to do and so on. We also realise there are certain things we are naturally good at, and others we are not. Therefore, we can conclude that if we know what these preferences and our natural inclinations are, we can create a lived experience (a “life”) that aligns with their truly unique human being we are.
However, as human beings we are entirely dependent on those around us when we are young. Thus, during the process of growing up, we learn to adapt and change our preferences and the natural way we are to survive. This means that as we develop skills, knowledge and awareness of what is required of us to survive (and hopefully also flourish), we become less dependent on those around us – although never fully independent as interdependence is the nature of life. For instance, as when we leave compulsory education, we notice more autonomy to chose our own path. But, since the way we are is programmed for survival in the environment we grew up in, if we do not unlearn the conditioning and uncover the true “self”, we will continue to re-create the same experiences (of survival) through different people and environments. Our nervous system, our beliefs / perspective and our way of being is the collection of our past experiences. Therefore, in order to change from survival to flourishing, we need to de-programme ourselves. This means developing the capacity to hold more discomfort, seeing differently, and acting differently to what we are used to. This means facing fear head on and not letting it control our life. It means tuning into love and letting that guide us instead.
What might be helpful for alignment:
- Body – regulating our nervous systems and expanding its capacity to remain calm with what it senses as threat
- Mind – dropping ways we create meaning through our experiences that are not supportive for us now, allowing for space and reflection to realise how we actually perceive ourselves, the world and life overall, bringing awareness to experiences to notice patterns and collect evidence on our natural preferences and inclinations
- Heart – reconnecting what what lights us up, what makes us feel alive, what we love as to remember the core of us
- Spirit – exploring different places and people to feel for the energy you resonate most with
- Relationship – developing ways of relating that are compassionate and unconditionally loving
Consistency is key. It helps to realise the costs and benefits for choosing this way of being (growth-oriented). It helps to have someone to be accountable to. It helps to journey this with someone. It helps to listen other people’s story and journey. But most importantly, you need to be committed to this way of life and to keep returning to yourself – no one can tell you what is best for you, no one can know you better than you.
The human mind is incredible yes, and we can use it as a tool to support us. But it is not good at making decisions that are aligned to who we are because that is more of a feeling. It is also not good at predicting the future in the sense of what is “best” or “right”.
So what can we do?
We reflect on ourselves and get to know who we really are and what we really want, our needs, our values, the conditions that support us to flourish etc. and dedicate time / space to bring awareness current ways of meaning making / thinking / perceiving – outside of what we think we should be or want or have, the societal narratives expectations and pressures, the voices in your head that are not you (perhaps they are your parents or friends). Recognise how your past experiences (particularly negative ones) have shaped you.
Use what you experience as mirrors to point back to what you are not seeing.
Make different choices. For example, feel the fear and do it anyway. But also learn to discern what fears are worth it and are aligned and which ones are not. Surround yourself with people who want to see you flourish. Let go of things, people, activities you can that do not align with you.
Create routines / practices that allow us to regulate our nervous system and to feel safe and to be present to life. Nature can be particularly helpful. This is so that any experience can be joyful, loving, peaceful, enlightening or, be used as an opportunity to grow. As we learn to accept what is now, we open ourselves up to a sense of oneness with life where you no longer desire anything and rather, life creates through you. You may follow inspiration or a gentle intuitive feeling to be somewhere or do something which might lead to life-changing encounters or experiences that are profoundly impactful to you or those around you.
Develop a stronger relationship with your emotions. Dedicate time / space to be with them. Understand them. See what emotions you ignore or hide or suppress or distract yourself. Recognise coping mechanisms you’ve developed to keep these emotions manageable and see if you can change to ones that are more sustainable and healthy for you.
Change your environment to suit your preferences.
Give yourself what you need when you need it. Bring awareness to how the body feels regularly and see what it needs and how you can meet the need.
Dedicate space / time to develop your natural gifts and follow your joy / love.
Keep going and be consistent with showing up honestly as who you are.
Ask for help. Change is challenging for all of us.
What might the process look like?
Feeling overwhelmed or like you’re going backwards.
Periods where things don’t feel like they are getting ‘better’ or changing.
Noticing things we didn’t notice before.
Growing our capacity to hold more truths at once.
Relationships breakdowns.
Things, people, activities leaving and creating space for new to come in.
You feel unsure, doubtful.
You develop confidence and trust in yourself that no matter what happens you’ll be okay.
Signs that might be helpful:
You feel like you don’t know what’s going to happen next or it seems like the path is appearing as you walk it instead of it being planned. This is because you are no longer walking someone else’s or what you believe is best but what is true for you. And since there is only ever one of you, it is completely unique. Perhaps there are people who are passionate and create the same things as you do but the combination of those things or the angle or the way you go about is different.
Everything feels new and fresh.
Tools you might use to support reflection / self-uncovery:
- spirituality: astrology, human design, the gene keys, life path numbers
- psychology: enneagram, MBTI
13.10.26 / dropped down in the car
nothing is guaranteed
so be here for it
we never know when it’ll be the last time we can
10.10.26 / a poem on love
i love you
not because of what you do or say or look like
i love you
because i see beneath all of it
you are love
much like i know i am also
so
i love you
is me recognising we are love,
one and the same.
if i say no,
that is to the thing you show me,
not you.
for i could never reject you
as
you are me
also.
05.10.26 / reflections inspired by the forest
{ inspired by “being with” the forest }
you know how spider webs can be seen to connect one plant to another, or a branch to a trunk? and how at specific angles (of light) we can see it? perhaps, we could say we are are like this too – connected by magic in (almost) invisible ways – and that if we get still, and pay attention, we’ll recognise this oneness as our true nature.
04.10.26 / oneness and the present moment
only in form we seem as separated. but really, we are one.
forgetting this creates a world of suffering.
perhaps, in this moment, focus awareness to the heart and feel the space filling it. this union of thing and no-thing (human and being) is what we are here to recognise and experience.
allow life to be.
03.10.26 / a thought through joy
it is a new beginning, or have we simply returned to ourselves again, this time, with a stronger knowing of “who” we really are and what wants to be expressed through us?
i write, not really for the content of the writing but the process of allowing the formless to create form. it is the act of writing that allows for the essence of who i am to flow into something we can perceive. that is the fun of it!
21.09.26 / some notes removed from substack
i am a sensitive one
i cry at a hint of human connection
a glimpse of a song
created by another
i cry when i am scared
i cry when i am happy
these tears show me i am alive
at the edge of my seat
never knowing where this moment will take me
and i offer myself up to
what i feel to be much greater than me
because every time
i am reminded of the beauty of being human
even if it’s terrifying
i am alive
and oh how amazing that is
a lot changed when i embraced my dear anxiety,
my stress,
my discomfort –
all those feelings that used to become me
have showed themselves as somewhat separate beings,
have become friends with me
and it seems,
friends with each other too.
they now come to visit for tea
and leave with an imprint of love.
when i remember all of which i experience is a part of me
and not to be hidden away,
controlled,
or judged,
i find myself at home.
wherever i am
i find myself belonging in each moment,
i find myself feeling free.
when i stopped listening to the outside voices
and started listening to the silence within,
things finally started
feeling enough.
do i enjoy the natural dynamic that forms between us? do i love who i get to be with you? am i curious to explore more?
i like these questions. perhaps i shall ask myself these when i meet someone new.
it is not the words, the images or the videos I want to share with you. it is what is swirling all around them – love.
quiet, unmistakeable presence, connection with all that is. the warmth, the current of peace which flows effortlessly from somewhere the mind cannot follow. wake up love, it’s all here for you now.
a gentle breeze of love beckons me to write.
16.09.26 p2 / remembrance as the end to the cycle
the appearance of a search ends, when the searcher cannot be found
the appearance of wanting ends, when the want-er cannot be found
wanting implies an object and subject.
they are one.
it just appears that they are two different things.
they cannot be independent from each other.
all things are connected.
16.09.26 p1 / here, with my fingers on some keys

is this what things are like? i do not really feel any sort of way right now. i am here. i am seeing words formed in front of my eyes. i am hearing the sound of a loved one verbalising something something to do with something. i am smelling part of the burned sweet potatoes and noticing a gentleness in the air, a warmth on my skin. on my right, i hear a subtle tick, tock, tick, tock. in the distance in front, i see the sun glistening on the leaves, with them swaying ever so softly. not much is happening it seems, but there is so much life. within it all, there is a river of calm flowing in between, above, around. i feel it, something deep and mysterious, and from somewhere known and unseen, untouchable. there is nothing to make of what is. nothing to do, and if there is, the doing is done through my vessel. i do not act upon as if it is separate from me, it is done together, with i as a witness.
now there seems a brightness in the room. the opening on my right reveals more sunlight, one which passes through the glass of the front door. memory allows one to conceptualise these things, where things originate, hypotheses of why things are the way they are. imagination opens up portals. perhaps an alien has landed on our ground and is investigating that portion of the kitchen. perhaps the atoms of the cupboard and the towels are glowing from happiness. perhaps a “brightness changer” mould has spontaneously appeared and is growing. how fun it is to imagine things in different ways than they appear. do my ideas become more real now that they have been written?
now i notice a desire to close the eyes and rest them. to bathe in this moment as if it’s my last one. and in a way, it is.
12.09.26 / presence as the balm
the cause of all pain is disconnection – to oneself, to another, to life – to the oneness that is.
the nature of life is change. whether we want something to change or not, it’ll change anyway.
relax, there’s no place to get too, it’s always here.
03.09.26 p3 / the infinite power of love
everything that one writes or speaks is part of what is being witnessed. presence can only be experienced directly. nothing can guide another in their awakening if they do not already recognise it in some way.
presence is a way of relating to the moment, and therefore to life, to other beings, to oneself. it is a state in which all is embraced as it is. a spaciousness may be noticed here. thoughts may slow down. we may have a kind of thought that point to now – we want to be here.
i want to connect with other beings who live in this way too. or rather, there is a unfamiliar feeling i’m noticing which i’m creating meaning for it to point to a lack. i do not lack, not ever. life is so alive. it is this moment.
i woke up feeling a little off this morning, i noticed it starting last night. i was aware, conscious but still it seemed i wanted to find something outside myself to fulfil me.
i keep checking if i can sense my presence and whether what i’m experiencing is “right” or in accordance with how i think things are best for them to be, what others have said regarding our experience of being human and our evolution.
things that i enjoy are different to what they have been. i have been changed, perhaps more than i have noticed.
the stillness i feel is here, moving gently, dancing in space, talking in silence – the language of spirit. do you feel it too?
without you there is no me, without me there is no you. it is. so much of these terms point to the human part of human being. we are trying to measure being, to understand being, using the language of human. human is form. being is formless. but everything we talk about, write about is in the form. we must feel around it or within it.
perhaps that is the opposition, the conflict, the tension we sometimes feel within ourselves. the human yearns for connection, hungers for food, thirsts for water. the being is content as is. the being recognises the one truth, the now, the here.
i’m sensing the limitations of language here. language can show to another human being whether we are living out of similar or dissimilar representations of reality. if however, our words we use do not overlap with each other, even if they mean within us the same thing, it may limit our conceptual understanding of one another. at the same time, we do have the wordless realm of being to connect with.
i is used to point to this human being that consciousness is experiencing through. it has a role similar to our names. if we did not have names, it would be hard to distinguish who we’re talking to or about. in essence, we are talking about one thing but in human form, or in the world of form, they are seen as separated.
the i in which we are cannot be lonely. loneliness assumes we are separate from the whole, but that is not the case. i is in this body, the trees, the desk, the creature before me. loneliness and that form is only with the human. but if a human being is isolated in the physical from another, it will sense this as the nature of the human being is to be together, to share, to collaborate. that is how we have survived in the form.
human beings are here to learn to balance the form and formless, object and space. the relationship between the dualities that are experienced by us as we are also human, not just being. pleasure and pain, light and dark, heavy and light are what can only be understood as we inhabit a human vessel. without it, there is no need to separate these from another. the human needs things to survive and therefore is temporary. the being is infinite, no ending or beginning – it is. if one can connect with that knowing within themselves, they are free. when one is identified and attached to the human part, the things they own, the people they have in their lives, the person which they believe them to be, the ideas, suffering is inevitable. the more space we create for being, the more we feel connected to love, a recognition we are part of the whole and one and the same. this is a part the human being needs as well as it would be the being part reflected and shown in form.
if we remember in this moment that we are not the fixed sense of i, making independent choices from everything else, we are connecting with the depth of our experience, the being.
anxiety and stress is felt because we have lost connection with our being, with this moment. the mind perhaps is attempting certainty for the future to feel safe now – a mechanism that was developed for our human being species to evolve. anxiety and stress, and pain can be used to motivate us to evolve, and was much how we were. now, we have an opportunity to release these future or past oriented mechanisms – this can only be associated with the survival realm – and to connect with the being, the love, move from the heart. to live from the source, spirit, God, higher self, presence and create a world that is more infinite, more creatively powerful so we can see more human beings in a realm higher than survival. the tension that many of us are feeling is this transition of realms, of dimensions, of ways of relating to all that is.
so all that to say, love is infinite. and it is this power that will heal the world.
03.09.26 p2 / messages received during a walk
resentment is felt when you do something you do not want to do
because you feel you have to
to get what you want
then that in itself is not what you want
you want the thing that you think it will give you.
if you were in alignment to what you truly wanted,
you would only feel gratitude for all that life brings you
because if you see it this way,
everything brings you closer to that which you truly want –
this
i empty myself with you
i am here for you
for this
only
all possibilities channel into one
nothing other than this
can be received
this is what i mean by
my attention is fully with you –
you are the life form that i chose
in this moment
to be present with
and presence is the greatest “thing”
we can offer each other
{ devotion to love, reflected }
i have wondered why being on time has felt so important to me
why i sense a full body reaction when
another does not meet me at the
agreed time
on the dot
perhaps it is this
meeting live requires me to become
more dense in a way
distrupting the natural flow of energy
as i create life around and make space
for the agreement
in essence
i’ve created this for you,
for us –
this is devotion in practice,
devotion to the sacredness that is our experience of being human
the preciousness of this moment
the truth of the fleeting nature of this form
for me
this is everything
so
know that if you agreeing to meet with me
this is the kind of devotion
i accept and will sit with
my hope is that you will meet me here too
i am a child, the leaf, the wind, the buzzing
i am everything
with a centre of experience as this human body
relax so deeply into yourself
the all that is left
is
03.09.26 p1 / writing and the power of transmutation
i want to give B a testimonial for their service. but the truest part of me doesn’t, and i feel bad about it.
somewhere i accepted a seed in my mind that if someone is part of a positive change for your life or is nice to you, you must give that back. or give what they want from you, otherwise you are a bad person. why are you not offering something you can give? are you selfish? can you not give love? is there something wrong with you?
i laugh and sigh in relief as i notice this is not my voice. or my beliefs. or thoughts. they are those i ‘stole’ from another (who probably ‘stole’ from another and another and so on, you get it). they do not belong to me. so i shall release them. byeeee!!
and also, what is love? for me, it is truth. my truth is this: i can give B a testimonial but i don’t want to.
and also, i want to write because i want to and not because it will be put on a website or socials for other people to see and be used as marketing. my writing, my words and the energy i infuse with them is much more sacred than that. as much as possible, i want my sentences to be where i want them to be – my website, my notion pages, my journals, my letters, my email exchanges, my youtube channel and videos, below another human being’s youtube video that touched me. i want to write because it feels alive to do so, not because someone tells me to write something for them, i.e. write for the process of it rather than a means to an end. and share that if i feel so called.
i want writing to remain as precious as it feels to me. when i write, lilia disappears. it appears that writing is happening with no writer. i know when to stop, when to edit, when to write again. it is one of the most magical things i get to witness. it also scares me, and perhaps that is partly why i know it’s for me. it scares me because it’s so alive, so real, so beautifully unpredictable. i am dancing with the unknown, singing with the light of angels. i do not know what the process of writing will bring me, what it will look like. i choose the words, or rather, they choose themselves, and i get to see the miracle of creation. a blank page becomes something with letters – potentially something that could mean something to another, or mean something to me. it is one of lilia’s activities in which time and space completely disappear, much like studying or conversing about life, singing or being with another human. oh wait! that might be why i did well at university! i love writing, and much of my degree was just that! and it probably helped that i was studying human beings, which is what i find myself most passionately curious about.
and when i write, a feeling of infinite-ness is noticed. i don’t resonate with lilia anymore, it’s love. there is a subtle and a great sense that i am connected to something much much much bigger than could ever be comprehended with lilia’s mind. and i feel that feeling, of home, like i belong here. like i am exactly where i need to be and it is perfect. nothing matters other than this moment – and from what i’ve experienced and studied, this seems to be what we call being present! and it’s where i feel most abundant – when i’m fully here, now.
back to the reflection.
a part of me hears the initial reasoning and judges that it’s child-ish, like i am rebelling against authority or something. that’s funny. first of all, why are we assuming being child-ish is a bad thing? second, is rebelling against authority a bad thing too? also how did B become someone with authority over me in my mind? interesting.
aha! this dynamic is the obligation thing that i seem to have picked up. if someone does X, i must return this and do Y. this is not acting from the heart, it is acting from fear. i have done the thing i felt pressured or obliged to do because i was scared of what that might mean for me. how they might react. what if they hate me? or hurt me?
i’m noticing compassion for this part of me that feels they must be a certain way or do a certain thing to be loved and met with understanding. it’s okay to not do something you don’t want to do, even if someone might not get it. it makes sense to you. you are not intending to hurt them. perhaps they feel hurt by your “no”, but that is their interpretation and on them to hold space for that part of them that, for example, could perceive this as a personal rejection. you are not rejecting them, you are saying no to a request they gave. you are not saying you don’t love them or they’re not enough etc., you are saying you don’t want to do that. you are more than allowed to want what you want and not want what you don’t. you are safe now. you do not need to fulfil another person’s need to be okay. i get it, you felt you had to when you were younger.
now things are different, and you know so. you see things more clearly and can make conscious choices. you can drop the fear that if you say no to meeting someone’s request/need, something important will be taken away from you. maybe this will happen one day. if it does, you can trust yourself to be with that, lovingly. it’s much better than knowing that you have, in essence, betrayed yourself for someone else. you have done that enough, and it feels awful. stay with yourself. let the rest fall into its place. let others see you for who you are. let yourself see what might be possible when you choose your truth.
remember, you’ve got you now.
i love you, always.
02.09.26 p3 / a collection of potentially powerful ideas
1
see feelings as a truth-meter – what if positive as truth, negative as not truth?
2
let the universe surprise you, e.g. with HOW love is experienced through you
3
if you can become aware of your unconscious patterns e.g. trying to get a need met unconsciously because you believe it can’t me met otherwise, you can pause and make a different choice that leads you to remember the power you hold for creating your reality and thus, what you want comes to you with ease – because you are the essence of it
practice. is this the thing you really want or
do you believe it is the thing that will get you what you really want –
i.e. a feeling, this would suggest an outside in interpretation of reality rather than inside out.
which might be more empowering?
4
when you release yourself from how things need to appear, you realise it’s all been here all along
5
“the one who loves always wins”
yes i get what is meant here and also
we are love
and if we see it as such,
there can be no winners or losers.
we are not battling each other
and if we were,
we would be fighting ourselves –
every moment one to be on guard for.
is this the reality we choose to accept?
or do we wake up to
the one we are –
witnessing from different points
love reflected in form
all benefitting from it
in our own ways?
so perhaps,
“the one who loves, loves”
and we shall remember,
all the words we use are metaphors to describe our experiences,
not how they actually are.
they can only be pointers to the wordless nature of what is,
the space which allows the words to be
6
fear dissolves naturally when you remove the power it has on you e.g. by doing it anyway
maybe there’s nothing actually “wrong”,
maybe you don’t trust you’re okay in this moment,
or maybe you’ve disconnected from who you really are
02.09.26 p2 / dancing as one in a world of dualities
in it’s essence,
the form does not matter as much as the intention,
the energy in which this is created through
you can sing, run, wash dishes…
whatever you are doing,
whatever form is arising,
is it from the heart?
are you embracing it?
perhaps joy is emanating from your being
there is no answer in what you should do or should have done,
this is within the concept of time,
within the dimension of fear,
love is when we connect to what is alive now
which may include visiting the past and future,
and returning here when that is no longer needed
you are reading this now,
is it a means to an end?
is it for the process itself?
all in all, it’s up to you.
02.09.26 p1 / inspired during a moment on the mat
if we can tune into and follow what is true for us in this moment from the stillness within, then that moment can reflect the essence of who we truly are – love, abundance, oneness – and we can experience it, no matter what.
so the more we stay with our truth and flow with it, more moments mirror the nature of who we really are. we feel we belong. we feel we are exactly where we need to be. we feel an untouchable trust with what is. eventually, as we practice coming home to ourselves, that becomes the everyday experience of life as a human being. the illusion of time and space dissolves and we are one with all that is, one that has always been, and will always be. we. are. free.
and this is here for us now, patiently waiting for us to become awake to it.
05.07.26 / changes in writing
i love writing. but these days i feel somewhat short of inspiration and words don’t flow as easily as they did even a few weeks ago. i seem unsure of what to write about. life seems to be so fleeting and momentary that it often passes before i get a good look, or a chance to write something down. i’ve noticed a lot has changed. i’m much more confident in myself for some reason. i know what i want. i know the life i want and i’m living it. i’m learning patience. i’m learning to feel safe in my body, where i am, no matter where. i’m slowly healing my skin. my hair is growing out and it feels like an expansion. i love it. i think i’m going to let it grow long this time. i want to be able to braid my hair again, that was super fun. i’ve been loving my routine recently too. movement in the morning, shower, breakfast, tending to my digital and physical spaces, then record a video, edit, schedule it in youtube studio, then i’m free to do whatever. i tend to find myself picking up my guitar and singing, watching some thai GL drama or some wlw content! if i have errands to do i’ll do those early in the day too. i’ll relax a little and have lunch at some point, then maybe spend some time with my family is anyone’s free. then keep feeling with the day and i might have a snack if i get hungry and prep dinner and make it if it’s my day to make dinner for the family. and if i do, i’ll do the dishes, clean up and get things organised ready for tomorrow again. it feels nice that i’m putting my energy on the things that matter to me. i do think i’d like to write more though. maybe i’ll put in a slot to write. i do write in the evenings after dinner before i get ready for sleep or after i get ready for sleep – i’ve been doing that recently which has been fun. i feel like i’m just writing out my thoughts at this point. it’s not really writing to be shared. but i think it’s important to write things that i don’t share you know? and maybe i feel pressure because i feel like i should write something i deem worthy of sharing. maybe i just need to bored more often. i need to create space in my day to think. to ponder about life and write it down. i usually get inspiration when i’m doing something or another. a walk in town is nice too. i need to pay attention more i suppose.
27.06.26 / a walk through town
i look at you in silence and i once again realise you are me and i am you.
…
there is no answer.
…
i feel like i’ve touched something very sacred today. we’re all part of the whole. it all comes and goes. a whisper that tells me i’ve always been safe and i always will. perhaps not the safe my mind comprehends but a safety that’s deeper and much much greater than we often imagine with our mind. something that can only be felt. do you feel it? within the stillness and the quiet of the trees, within the sounds of nature, do you feel it?
26.06.26 / seeing things differently
once, it was simply me. me and the world. me and my pain. me and my luck. things revolved around this me. what can “me” get from this? what can “me” do? but then there was a realisation that it wasn’t like this.
how is the moment moving through me? what is this moment asking of me? how can i serve the greatest good for all?
we are all connected in this infinite web of magic, there’s an invisible string tying me to me and everything in this entire universe. anything is possible. one simply draws their chosen reality into the moment. in order to receive fully, we must relax and let go of what we think is best. we must release the illusion of time that separates the eternal now. sink deeper and deeper into your being in which you will find what you’ve always been seeking anyway. let that raw power move through you and allow yourself to be the vessel in which the infinite intelligence uses to create and serve the greatest good of all. let the mind do it’s thing. one does not need to listen to the mind, one shall listen to the breath that connects all living beings. we shall completely give up what we have and surrender to the miracle that flows in this moment. we shall lesson our grip on how we want things to be, nothing can be ours truly, even if it seems otherwise. notice the temporary in what we deem as fixed and we will be touched by the force that is all life.
19.06.26 / the power of now
in. out. in. out. breathe. relax. let it go. the moment is over now. you don’t have to hold it. release it, give it back to the past where it belongs. allow it to wash over you as a wave clearing the shore.
i locate the trigger – from misunderstanding. and i release and relax. it is safe, even if one is misunderstood. it is safe, even if one is projected hurt by another. it is safe, even if it doesn’t feel like it.
let the eternal now cleanse the feeling in your heart. let it cleanse your mind. now breathe. in. out. in. out.
